The Web Site Design And Build Process In A Nutshell

Stage One

• Click the 'Request a free consultation' button



• Fill in the form with as much detail as you can to enable Planet to do some research before contacting you at our expense



• We will call you at your convenience to discuss recommendations, possibilities, best practice, copywriting, design, online competitors, cost estimates, and anything else of relevance

Stage Two

• You receive a detailed quotation as per the consultation



• If you are happy with the quotation, place your order



• You pay nothing at this stage

Stage Three

• You are offered two design concepts based upon the consultation and research



• After consideration, your two designs are refined into one final design



• Once you are satisfied with the design, you receive and pay an invoice for 50% of the initial quotation

Stage Four

• Our copywriter, programmer and graphic designer 'populate' the pages with words, images, forms, etc, live on our development server



• You can check and approve or request edits for each finished page as it appears on the development server



• Your edits are incorporated into the final web site pages

Stage Five

• Your site is finished to your satisfaction



• Your second invoice will be sent for the balance of payment

Stage Six

• Once your payment is received, your new web site will have any copyright watermarks removed



• Your new web site will be uploaded onto the hosting server



• You will be supplied with all relevant passwords and a full zipped copy of the finished web site, along with any other information required
